What's the difference between membership and webcam sales?
Membership sales are sales that are used to bill the customer for a monthly membership to our websites that host a members area. These sites currently include CamWithHer.com and CamWithHim.com. Webcam sales are sales that are used to bill the customer for credits to view our models on a pay per minute basis. Currently all of our websites have webcam sales.

Do I get credit if we refer a customer for membership sales but they purchase webcam credits?
You do now! In the past we weren't able to provide this option. Now we've enabled it so you can get credit for either or. Make sure to update your linking codes / promo materials if you're an older affiliate.

How do we get credit for both webcam and membership sales?
Simply sign up for both programs and enter the affiliate IDs for both into the boxes on the top right of the site. It should automatically generate all your linking codes and promotional tool codes so you can copy and paste them on your site.

How long will the customer cookie last for me to make a sale?
The webcam sales cookie lasts for 255 days (maximum allowed by CCBill). The membership sales cookie lasts for 7 days. This means that you have up to 255 days for webcam sales and 7 days for membership sales to get credit for a sale. Membership rebills last for life.

Do we get credit for recurring sales?
Absolutely. As long as that cookie stays in the customer's browser you will keep generating sales in both membership and webcam sales.

How do I get paid?
You will get paid by check through CCBill, our payment processor.

How do I access my stats?
Simply go to this link to login to your account.

Can I refer customers to custom URLs such as model profiles or blog articles?
You can direct your customers to any of our pages including model portfolios or specific blogs or news articles. As an example, a link like: http://www.camwithher.com/affiliates.php?memId=123456&camId=654321&landingPage=http://cams.camwithher.com/exec/gallery/public/438/0 would send traffic to Carmen's photo gallery. Simply put, just add whatever link you want after the "&landingPage=" text.

Can I use your cam listings on my site?
Yes you can. Some people refer to it as co-branding or white labeling. You can put our pre-made templates into an iframe on your site by going here.
